I’m compiling my first program from source. Cinelerra for video editing. It’s taking a long time for me to get it working but I’m enjoying the journey! 🙂 There’s a lot to learn along the way. Some parts I’ve worked out for myself and others I’ve had help from my sister! I’ve got to another impasse this afternoon so I think I’ll ring her after tea for some more help. I’ve been working on it on and off all day. And I thought this was going to be an easy process. Will give more details as I go along. Hopefully I’ll have some half decent videos to show for all this as well.

The reason I can do this at the moment is we’re having school holidays! Jess still does ‘school’, learning stuff just not slightly more formal lessons. I get a bit of a break in the holidays from preparing these lessons. She does all the other holiday stuff of staying over at friend’s houses etc too. I’m not a total slave driver 🙂 LOL. She might say differently though.
