This blog has been part of my voice in the genealogy world for many years. It’s where I’ve shared research discoveries, personal reflections, and the occasional deep-dive into a historical rabbit hole (you know the ones!).
But like all things, this space has had its season — and it’s time to let it rest.
I’m not disappearing — far from it. I’ve simply moved to a new home, one that better reflects the work I’m doing now, helping people find their roots, reconnect with birth families, and explore South Australian history through DNA and storytelling.
🌐 You can find me at Ask Grandma Kylie,
where I continue to share what I know, what I find, and what I love about family history.
Whether you’ve been reading this blog since the beginning or just stumbled across it now — thank you. Your time and curiosity have meant more than you know.
This blog will stay here as an archive. Some of the posts are a little dusty now, but they’re part of the path that brought me here, and I honour that.
See you over at Ask Grandma Kylie,
Kylie 💚
