Happy new year, I hope it is a safe, happy and blessed year for all. We had a nice new year’s celebration at a friend’s house. The kids swam in the pool and some of the adults too. Everyone else talked, ate and listened to music. Just before twelve we prayed-in the new year. I don’t think Doug went to bed at all as he started work at 4:45am this morning.

I found the first season of Babylon 5 on DVD at my local Coles supermarket yesterday! Now I’ve got something to watch in the heat these holidays! I’ve only seen bits and pieces of the series, just whatever I could borrow from friends or family so it’s great to see it right from the start. Some things are starting to make a lot more sense. There are a couple of documentaries and some commentary from J. MIchael Straczynski to watch/listen to as well.
